TRAY SORTER
IR-TS01
The parcel sorting system TRAY SORTER IR-TS.01 is a very high capacity solution.
The extraction device is via conveyor trays on a horizontal loop system.
Capable of operating at speeds of up to 1.2 metres per minute, the sorter can achieve sorting rates of up to 28,000 pieces per hour. It is designed for vertical ejection sorting.
Flat tray sorters meet the requirements of high volume single item sorting in many different industries. The goods to be sorted are delivered to the sorter by conveyor equipment and loaded automatically or manually by an operator. Connected to the WCS (warehouse control system) and controlled by software, the sorter automatically sorts the goods into free-fall or outbound chutes into shipping cartons or containers. Through continuous innovation, the sorter can achieve rates of 5,000 ~ 28,000p/h. The components are designed for an optimised, easy-to-operate system that is cost-effective with simple installation and easy maintenance.
